What is the severity of Baltimore?
I plan to spend my very white in the middle of the lower class family organized crime (where we are really poverty line and have no chance to buy a house) in the district in Hamden Baltimore, where we have a chance to own a townhouse. I'd be interested to hear about the school district, the high crime rate, the drugs, etc.
I live in Baltimore and, like him. One area that I'm not so fond of is the Hampden neighborhood well. It is certainly very white and socially conservative.
