Baltimore Home Foreclosures
All stories of foreclosure are not the same ….. some deserve sympathy, some deserve responsible ….?
… You want to replenish this case? "Earlier this week, militants stormed a house foreclosed ACORN in Baltimore. With a crowd cheering and registration crew, Baltimore ACORN leader, Louis Beverly busted a lock and jimmied open the door to 315 South Ellwood Ave. The house belonged to a restaurant worker Donna Hanks, who attacked his evil bank to raise its mortgage of $ 300 and leaving her in the street. "This is our home now," said Beverly Tom Hanks at his side at the break. What ACORN does not tell you, "Hanks home was sold in June 2008 for $ 192,000. She bought the two-storey house in the summer of 2001 for $ 87,000. At some point during the next five years, she has refinanced home loan home for $ 270,000. Where is this money gone? (Hint: Do ATM-house companies.) "See http://michellemalkin.com/2009/02/25/no-tears-for-these-foreclosure-victims/
Before the bubble burst … I was surprised by the market being so corrupt (as well as brokers and bankers who have left to do) Everything is down to greed. People who buy goods they could not afford under normal circumstances, and brokers who encouraged … as well as credit institutions that sanctioned. I am discouraged buyers (especially first times) to go weith Max bank would be ready. The bank does not care about everything you need in your life, plus a playment mortgages. ecouraged them make a list of all the things they need and where you want them living on a monthly basis, then leave the mortgage for the end to see what they could really afford. This method is a more effective warning for most buyers .. they not only have basic needs, but may be a Vaction, new car, furniture for the new house .. but also an emergency fund … the bank could care less about these things. Some listened .. some have not .. but at least I could sleep at night. The financial world has seen a rising generation who were accustomed to getting what they want now and has taken great advantage of it. I'm sorry to see people killed dreams (weather they were realistic or not) and displaced families …. but hopefully the lesson has been dangling a carrot lesson learned. Ah yes, then come along groups like "Acorn" to turn it into a statement policy. Nuff said ….
