We are all bombarded Posts frightening economic scenarios and dark. There is no doubt that many people are facing their greatest fears. Fear of insecurity financial, foreclosure home and job loss are all common symptoms of the current state of our world.

Unfortunately, the weight of ten tons, which has set up camp on our shoulders, probably has some effect on our relationship and our love of life thrown out the window. We feel the darkness of the impending death constant.

What would you give to this feeling go away? As most of us, I'm sure you would give anything to get rid of these feelings. The good news is that you do not need to give much at all. Truth is that you do not live in fear – whatever the medium you have said.

What happens in the right the world is throwing us into what I call "collective survival mode. Survival mode means that we have a physiological reaction. Here is an overview of that looks like:

A lion is chasing you. Your adrenaline pulsed through your veins to keep you alive. Your heart is racing, your breathing is rapid and shallow. You have little energy and little blood goes to the vital organs of your body. You are entirely focused on Staying Alive and stay alive only, which means you do not pay attention to something else.

What is different in the collective survival mode compared to the scenario above is that the lion is hunting all of us – our friends, neighbors, coworkers. We all face a survival mode at the same time.

Enter, insomnia, anxiety and substance abuse – in mass. But this is only the beginning. After suffering a survival mode, or what commonly called the "fight or flight" for any length of time, heart disease, heart attacks, strokes and the system weakened immune result.

With a significant impact on our collective health and many cards stacked against us, how can we expect the world or our own life out of this set?

To overcome the economic situation where we are, not to mention all the other external issues facing society today, we need healthy, lucid, prosperous people. And I want you to be one of them – and I want you to start today.

Here's how you can begin to heal yourself and the world around you:

Healthy behaviors to cure unhealthy WORLD

• Ask yourself what you really fear? Go at the root of your fear.
• Ask yourself what your worst case scenarios like and what would you do if they really happened? Would they kill? What is reality? (Remember, the feelings can not kill us, even if it feels like they could).
• Starting a practice Mindfulness. This can a walking meditation, listening to your breathing or even go to the gym to let off steam.
• Take a yoga class. Note how you feel before and after.
• Keep a journal of everything you are going through.
• Do something every day that you feel happy. Do not underestimate the power play.
• Find a support group for people who refuse to sit down and talk about how life is difficult. Meet them one once a week to talk about what you do to stay positive.

In choosing one or two healthy behaviors and worked in your life, you will decrease your heart rate to normalize your blood pressure, reduce stress hormones and strengthen your immune system. This creates a foundation which will not only give you a good night and physical health, but also gives you your energy back. You have more energy and patience because you have slowed down enough to reconnect to your body and your life. The negative thoughts that used to eat much of the day will roll over. You have more energy for your family and your leisure and your relationships flourish again.

If a sufficient number of we do together, collectively we have the clarity to change things in the world. We will be out of survival mode and prosper in the mode. The trick is for everyone us to focus on domestic rather than outside, knowing that we will all benefit from the synergistic effect.

But if we take this on together or not, one of the most important things to remember is that no matter what happens outside, If you are not your best self inside you'll never really get the true happiness that is available. This is true in good times too.

At some point we'll all be the phoenix rising from its ashes. You do not want to be ready to fly?
