Can I do part-time decent money as an Agent?
I decided to find a full-time job and put my real estate license in referral status. I decided to join Metro network references which is associated with Long & Foster. Since the market is so difficult right now, I decided not to full-time real estate. Could I atleast make some money part-time references to?
You can make a little money to do so, but do not expect referrals from someone other than family and close friends. The public understands that the agents doing the work have to give a portion of their commissions YOU earned for doing nothing. It simply does not work that way for the largest part.
