Open Question: my children are being kidnapped by someone i know and from the state as well?
kids are in Foster care currently and i am 3 weeks away from finishing everything i need to do to get them back but for the past 2 weeks i have a dream that i am walking home from the store see an old friend who i no Longer trust walking with my children i turn back around because i think it is odd co-hearse my oldest to Come with me as she runs off with my youngest in her arms i get home to all my friends my mother and siblings in my home and the social worker i break down in tears and scream my babies were kidnapped but i was able to rescue my oldest the social worker asks how i know and i tell her and she shows me a paper that the person i once trusted a Long time ago used a fake name and state badge to take my children from daycare everyone decides to get into cars to go chase the kidnapper and my mother stays at home with my oldest and the social worker says i’m leaving the state car here its personal and than i always wake up in a pile of sweat and heart beating and rapid breath like i had been running this dream is terrifying me PLEASE HELP ME TO UNDERSTAND IT

My nephew recently found out through DNA he is a father. He didn’t know anything about the baby until 2 wks. ago. She turned 1 yr. old on the 21st. of this month. The baby has been in Foster care since birth b/c she was taken from her mother due to problems the mother had w/ her other child when he was a baby. Long story short, the Foster family wants to adopt the baby.
My nephew wants the baby. He %26 my sister have met her several times %26 have fallen in love w/ her.
The state wants them to keep the baby %26 raise it. I don’t think that by law, they should be allowed to do that. My nephew had no clue he was a dad. Now that he knows, he wants his daughter. They have given him only 20 days to get his case together. That in itself is crazy to me.
Anyone out there have any ideas. We are working on getting him an atty., but we’re worried they’ll do something before he can get one.
